Shipping and returns
How your painting or print gets to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
All prices and shipping costs on this site are in US dollars (US$).
Prints: shipping included
Every print price includes shipping, wherever you are. My print partner prints close to you (in Canada, the US, the UK, Europe or Australia), so a print doesn’t cross an ocean to reach you. It’s printed within three to seven business days of your order and shipped tracked; you’ll get the tracking link by email.
Original paintings: from Oliver, BC
Originals ship from my studio, boxed and padded, tracked and insured. The cost depends on the painting’s size and where it’s going, and is shown at checkout before you pay:

Duties and import taxes
Outside Canada, your country may charge import duty or tax when the package arrives. Those are set by your country and paid by you.
If it arrives damaged
Email me a photo of the damage and the box within 14 days of delivery. I’ll send a new print at no cost, or, for an original, arrange the repair, a return or a full refund.
Returns
Originals: if the painting isn’t right for you, tell me within 14 days of delivery and send it back in its original packing and condition. I’ll refund the painting’s price when it arrives; return shipping is yours.
Prints are made to order, so I can’t take them back for a change of mind. If there’s a fault in the printing, I’ll replace it.
