I’ve gathered so many ideas on this, our 4th trip to the US/Mexico. Part of me can’t wait to get back into the studio and start hammering larger versions of these ideas. The other part would be content travelling around forever. Every trip is spent doing small paintings/sketches, taking photos, and going to museums and galleries for inspiration. As I grow and get better at painting, I’m always able to see differently and pull different things out of nature to incorporate in my paintings. It’s been and is a ride.
